Internet flashmob: "funeral bureau"

We have an old word combination «бюро похорон»/”funeral bureau” and it’s not so popular now, according to Yandex search system statistics so it will not cause the wave of aggression from the side of people, who are  looking for real funeral services. 
What we want to say is that the Ministry of Health with it’s badly working old health system is burying HIV positive people alive, and does not treat those all in need. This year HIV+ patients can’t get tests and we expect huge stock-outs with Combivir in August and September, because the auction was delayed. 
If you have any opportunity to support us and place the link бюро похорон anywhere on your web site or in the signature on internet forums, it will be really helpful and we’ll appreciate that. Than more links we’ll have, than higher we’ll come up with “The Ministry of Health of Russian Federation = funeral bureau”. 
Now in Russia we have a tendency that Internet is the first source, where other mass media takes fresh news, and such flashmobs are usually loudly discussed and shown on TV, especially if they involved many people and were scandal.

- Lack of adequate medical services for key populations
- Lack of HIV priority on Ministry agenda
- High stigma and discrimination because of the positive status in medical facilities
